Title: I WANT to catch Chum!

Alright - I have a beautiful collection of shiny, hook-clad spoons and spinners (thanks Rod :)) and I want to catch a couple nice chrome CHUM.  I've never caught one before and I want to smoke a couple (well get someone to smoke them for me - which raises another question - who to do it?) and throw 1 on the BBQ.  I was thinking of spinning in the North Arm this weekend.  Any body know of any other places where I could have a GOOD chance of landing CHROME Chum?
