got up today and had the whole house to myself , figure no work/kids/wife to bother me,there are a few things that had to be done but otherwise it's daddy's day off, after my chores i thought it would be a good day to work out the GL2/Avon,so packed up the car and away to stave i go upon arrrial i see four other cars parked already,i suit up and down the trail i go get to the area and see a fisherman playing a fish.I rig up and casted out on retrieval wham fish on a boot of a chum, let him go and casted again nothing but then third cast wham fish on again i thought another boot then it comes out of the water a big red tomato :D i bring it in and away it goes.Fished this area for about 3hrs and manage to land 3 red tomato bucks and about 8 dirty and i mean dirty chum :P . Just wanted the practice on the pin and i must say it 's sure different than my 5500 rocket,it felt better and i more control of the fish. Now i know what people mean when they say once you go pin you hardly if never go back to baitcasters :)
