Coho Cody and I headed up to manning park for a few days for some fishing and some sights. We got there on the 17th and fished for about 3 hours and landed around 7 fish each. Fishing was like this pretty much everyday. Although there were some showers we still managed to get some sunny breaks all in all it was an awesome trip, Cody and i noticed there were a number of fish that were dying and seemed to have some kind of parasite that looked like fresh water lice in thier gills can anyone clarify on this??

wow nice fish for lightning lake, i didn't know they got above 14 inches, what flies were you guys using?
-
We used a number of different flies but the the Idaho and Lady McConnell seemed to work the best. i brought my vice and some tying gear up so we tied a bunch of patterns to try, We also caught a number on chronimids we were using chromies, red butts and one of my creations :)
