Just got back from five weeks in Port Renfrew.  What a blast.  The weather was calm and the fishing overall was excellent.  Lots of boats at times but was easy to find places to fish.  I enjoy fishing the rivers and lakes but this experience was incredible.  Was wondering if anyone else was up in that area during august?  How were your results?

I go up there every summer for a week or so of fishing. Unfortunatley due to hockey I could not come up this summer.  I Love it up there! Any pics??

Not sure if I can put any on! Not a subscriber.  I will try.  Where do u fish up there.  My goal next year is the banks!  What a beautiful place though!

Well we are well stocked but did not go overboard.  Caught some hali but only one trip. Rest were springs, coho, couple of pinks and some rockfish!  Lots of crab!

Sorry, I was away, I have a 19 foot Maxum. Perfect for now, but would like something bigger in the future. I am very lucky. Will never complain and if I do slap me! ;)  Just makes me happy that I don't need to worry about the river. ;)
