Title: Seymour river

Went to seymour Sept 9th. Walked to the fishermans trail and than walked along the banks down to the ocean.  Trip took over 10 hours.
No sight of pink salmon anywhere. :( Bad timing?  Pink come in only during high tide and when tired stay in deep pool to rest? Do pinks swim up river at night?

All i caught was one small rainbow trout and whole bunch of very aggresive cutthroats.
