I find this part of the job requirements very interesting,i guess it is just typical Canadian government to hire a possibly less qualified person just to satisfy their politically correct agenda.
* Other Merit Criteria and Conditions Of Employment.
*Organizational Needs Which May Apply For This Position.
* Selection may be limited to members of the following Employment Equity Groups,
Aboriginal persons, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and women.
What Ever happened to the days when the best and most qualified person got the job regardless of race ,sex, or disability. ??? I would be really pissed to go through all the schooling and be the most qualified for the job only to not be hired because of this kind of thinking.
