Title: Chilliwack Lake???

Can anyone confirm if the boat launch is now open?  I thought it opened 1 May, I am planning on fishing there on Sunday if the launch is accessable.  If anyone can confirm please let me know.  Also, am I better off at the East or west end of the lake for fishing??

Any fishing tips for the lake would be appreciated.....

i was up two days ago the road is still closed,due to the snow.

Thanks for the info, it might be worth a drive up in just the truck rather than hauling the boat UP THERE FOR NOTHING!!  I'm really suprised how crappy this spring has been, more like an extended winter.   :(   The snow line is pretty low as well for May, just the fact that there is still a signifigant snow line is suprising.  Hot weather should hit soon and all the snow will come down at once.

Haven't heard of any flood threat this year.  Last year the sky was falling!!! This year nothing....
