A stream bank stabilization project is happening in the Seymour between Mount Seymour Parkway and the Dollarton Highway. The river is being diverted and a portion de-watered to allow work on the stream bank to occur.
A fish salvage (rescuing the stranded fish) is happening tomorrow. Seymour staff will be there at 8:30 am. We have waders for a few people. If you have your own waders feel free to come on your own. Meet the staff at the entrance to Seymour Heritage Park (located at the end of Seymour River Place).
E-mail Matt if you are interested! For those that can't make it. It's quite the project.
Thanks

Hey Rod-- whats the deal here. All I see is unconsolidated material waiting to wash into the river with the first good rain event! :'( Straight shoot with no LOD.... am I missing something?
