Hi, I heard this bar from the fishing shop, anyone can help to share how to get there for Spring Salmon fishing? As I heard it's good time right now...

I'm assuming you mean Scale Bar? Drive to Hope taking the Agassiz, stop when you see all the vehicles and you'll know you're there.

my guess would be, close to the truck scale

yup just follow the crowd, I've had some fun there but it is an absolute gong show. Lots of fish but very frustrating when you are hooking up with more anglers than fish. If you can hit it at an odd time then you may have more room to fish.

If you go out there take care. There's plenty of berries on that long trail and the bears like the area. Cougar footprints were seen at the edge of the brush & bar. Make sure you walk the trail with someone else or take a big dog.

There was bear scat there last week. And I heard of one sighting and rustling in the bushes on my way out in the evening.

Thanks for the reply! It is really useful! A little bit scrared now to go there alone, maybe better go with friends next time in the daytime... I believe Spring is still fishable overthere...

It would a lot simplier to say it in plain english ,just say what is closed from when to when and between what locations .All this double talk get people confused . I have read the closer several times and still confused .
