I fished it on Monday, Sept 1, water was still fairly high, it was bank to bank in spots, which made wading to some spots impossible. Apparently it was blown out for a bit the day before. The debris from the high water mark was about 2ft higher, so I'm glad I wasn't out the day before. I caught fish in all the usual places on both nymphs and dries. The mozzies (mosquitoes) were really bad, without deet you'll get eaten alive  :P  Good luck up there and be safe when wading across.

Ya,   I agree about wading in streams or rivers that have changed over the year.    I once walked over to another rock and into the water I went up to my neck.   Fortunately my feet touched,  but my camera got soaked.    I have a mosquiito head net for the skagit.   I do not use deet because I heard it can eat fly lines and artificial fabrics.    thanks for the report
