Title: Guitar Hero or Rock Band

I have seen the Metallica version of this game and now I am a lot more interested.  Just curious if anyone has tried either or them and which do you prefer?

Rock Band is better. I'm not much of a fan of those types of games. I played guitar hero for about 5 minutes before giving up. Rock Band you can play Guitar, Drums or sing. I'm not instrumentally inclined so I prefer to sing. It's pretty fun especially at a party when everyone wants in.

G-hero all the way...That game is the reason why I'am failing 3 subjects in school.

I prefer rock band because of Dion's reasons..... never beena big guitar player.
Drums/singing and the option of bass (easier) and guitar is a lot of fun.
I heard on the new guitar hero you have those otpions as wel though  ???

I like Rock band better because i like rocking out the drums. my girl likes to sing LOL and we both can play a mean guitar solo but she prefers the guitar hero guitar. I really want to play the NEW guitar hero because the drums are more like a real drum set with symbols and only 3 drums  ;D

I have a Rockband 1 for the PS3 for sale if anyone is interested (drums, guitar and mic). Used but in good shape.

i think G-hero is better, more difficult.
