From Vancouver:

Take the Mary Hill Bypass. Cross over the Pitt Bridge into Pitt Meadows. Turn left on Harris Road. Follow to the end where you have to turn right. Follow that road until Neaves Road. Turn left on Neaves. Go just past the turn to Golden Eagle Golf Course. The first bridge past Golden Eagle is Sturgeon Slough. You can also go down the same road as Golden Eagle Golf course as Sturgeon Slough runs right beside the road on the left hand side.

I followed your indications on google earth; Harris ends at Pitt river; if you  make a right turn there you will be blocked by a gravel Pitt.
It's hard with google earth because you can't see the type of the road; maybe Harris actually ends before reaching Pitt river
If you follow on google earth Harris then at the end, turn right, then you will reach a gravel Pitt; then you reach a slough and then a bridge over it at Rennie Road. But Neeves continues in Rennie Road. Is that the place?Once I saw there a guy playing a spoon dead minnow and getting a nice 2lb bass.

If you follow the directions I gave you, you will get there.

To help clarify, while driving North on Harris Road, one can turn right at either:
- Dewdney Trunk Road and then turn left at Neaves Road (just before the llama farm)
- or further along at McNeil Road and then turn left at Rennie Road (if you turn right - its Neaves Road - if you go straight its Thompson Road - go figure??!!  ??? )
