Title: Rebuilding a Hardy Silex Reel

Hey all,
I have my grandpas Hardy Silex reel but when I was about 7 years old I got sand in it, it rusted out pretty well, and it seems warped. I've had it for ages and it was the first reel I ever used so I wanted to rebuild it because it's been a dream of mine to catch a Steelhead with it. I was wondering if anyone knows of any reel specialists that could potentially rebuild/repair my reel.
