There are some good creeks just across the border that are fun. Oroville, I believe is the name of the nearest town. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the creeks, it's been a while and they were strange names to my recollection.

Ice fished for brook/rainbow/perch/bass in yellow lake which is in oliver~30 minutes out of osoyoos.  white fish at white bridge and red bridge in keremeos~30mins out.  Some people ice fish vaseux but i wouldnt as there is a current thru that lake making it dangerous
