Was at the property on Hawkins Lake last week. Ice was off a week before. Earliest ice off my neighbour had ever seen.

Just back from there Thursday and basically it's the May long weekend right now. Was 27 degrees on Tuesday where I was looks like the ice was off on the 19th or 20th. So snooze = loose if your not up there this weekend :) Heading back up tomorrow.

tb how is the fishing at Hawkins? My buddy has property there.
