I am planning on heading out to Rolley tomorrow too.
I talked to someone who went last weekend and got into 2 small guys ( bobber and worm )
I am planning to spin casting some spoons...

I have a qustion to add to this, wich lake is producing best right now? Rolley, Lafarge ect..

As they have been recently stocked you can't really miss at any of these lakes.  The trout from stocking programs will readily eat anything you throw at them so it shouldn't be too long before you are into a number of small rainbows regardless of whether you are spin casting or fly fishing.  I was at lafarge recently and watched someone catch a trout on the shoreline with a bare hook while he was digging through his tackle box.  Good luck and tight lines!

Small urban lakes like Lafarge get fished out quickly.  I'd wait till the next stocking to hit it up again.

I was at Rolley on Sunday with my pontoon but got blown off the lake :(
there were lots of people in toons and boats out there but not sure how they did
i seen one shore guy walking to his car with his limit early morning
Lafarge has slowed down as the fish have settled (Yes many may have been taken out) you just need to find them ( Its called fishing) ;)
right now we are spoiled for choice with all the lakes getting stocked
I like to try out different lakes but will fall back on Lafarge if I dont have much time as i live close by
I tried Como on Wed morning for the first time for about an hour before work
there were lots of fish rising but even the locals were having no luck
I was just using a spiner set up
have fun out there 8)

Thanks for the replies. My boys and I will be fly fishing @ Rolley tomorrow. The sun will be shinning and with good company. What more could you ask for.
Will post our results.
