Has anyone fished Alouette Lake or Stave Lake recently?

Was at Stave yesterday(Victoria day).RCMP were checking for boater cards ,required gear, proof of boat ownership/registration with ticket book in hand.Lake is drawn down 4'-6'. Snow still on the mountains.Conditions 2-3 weeks behind. Was pretty quiet... only saw a few kokes jumping, other boats reported nada.Managed one dolly(couple of pounds) at the end of the day......ps to any body boating on Stave..PLEASE follow the channel markers closely.Saw one dude flying through just above the narrows way over on the wrong side of the markers in stump town.....Remember.... upstream red on the right/green on the left  and head basically marker to marker as there are only a couple that are actually in pairs marking the two sides of the channel in one spot.
