Has anybody had any luck fishing with 2"buzzbombs in the cap? I really want to go flyfishing there but my gear wont be here for a bit, all I have right now are some spinners and small buzzbombs. I'm really ill equipped for bait fishing and honestly have no clue what to do in that regard. I'm gonna ask at my local shop for some advice but I've found this forum to be very helpful. Thanks,
marmot

as Im very fond of spoons and spinners Ive not tried too much with buzz bombs but I know they do work, just a bit of a technique like jigging and sinking I think.Spinners are very popular on the Cap,more than spoons, I dont know why but there must be a reason.I know they work great for coho elsware.

2 1/2" polar bear (white) and green buzz bombs first thing in the morning. Spinners after that.
