I strongly disagree with the quantum annealing approach.  It clearly favors the local minimums and discriminates against the local maximums.  Without the local maximums there would never be a mean.  I demand that this topic be removed on this basis.

I see where your going... pretty amazing stuff. 

interesting how locheed martin bought the first one and they are probably the biggest weapon manufacturer.
