Post by: standalone on October 23, 2015, 09:56:56 AM
please let me know your best place to watch those beautiful autumn leaves. It's better if GPS location.
I could drive two hours, No SUV, car access only.

Viewer sightings and ratings of the maple leafs have been in steady decline, but continue to be viewed at 4PM Pacific Time on CBC. ;D

I really enjoy the fall colors of Squamish Valley.  Paradise Road and Squamish Valley road both offer some great views on nice windy paved roads.

I know everyone here loves the real leaf except Mr. Gadsden's.

Can't give an exact location around here, but I love stand hunting around big Birch stands. The leaves sure make a racket with the slightest breeze this time of year.

My travels to the interior with work this year were absolutely stunning. It's so nice in Northern B.C. We really don't get that nice of a showing around here.

The only nice scene I have seen around here was at Top Bridge on the Englishman river last weekend. Was absolutely stunning with the suspension bridge in the backdrop, etc. If you go to the island, you could also make a fishing trip out of it too  ;) No shortage of coho out there like the Vedder....

Not sure of the current state - haven't been downtown in a few weeks.
