Been fishing the lower river moving around all morning my friend is using roe and I am using bubblegum worms. No bites talked to a few other people we did see they had nothing either. :-[ the water is really low. Only a few feet in most areas we went to the top boundary and went down a bit from there from 12 to 4 and nothing there either
