Title: Regulation change: all streams in MU 2-4 closed to fishing

All streams in Management Unit 2-4, excluding Fraser River, Sumas River, and Chilliwack River are closed until september.15 2021

MU 2-4 is pretty much all of Fraser Valley. See the link in the original post for details.

Lets hope the rain in the longterm forecast (next Saturday)  becomes reality.  Dont' think it will be enough to change any river levels much but would help none the less.

if fraser is open to fishing - what fish are you allowed to catch?

Pretty much anything expect salmon (for now)... Sturgeon, trout, whitefish, coarse etc

MU 2-4 is pretty much all of Fraser Valley. See the link in the original post for details.

2-4 is the south side of the Fraser from Tsawwassen, Delta east to about the Agassiz Bridge. All the streams on the north side of the Fraser and the streams east of the Vedder/Chilliwack on the southside including the Skagit watershed are still open. I have heard temperatures in the Skagit are currently at near ideals for rainbows.
