Just wait another year or so when 5 year variable rate on a mortgage is 9-10%. Prices will drop an average of 10% per each 1% rise in interest rates.....so down about 50% from here lol

There is a possibility of the resort being closed and taken private as has happened on other lakes.  That would be a shame as Tunkwa is a gem for the fishing public.

Looks like the resort was bought by the Lower Nicola Indan Band. Glad they found a new owner; seems keeping currebt staff so hopefully minimal changes and few upgrades.

The lake itself will always be public. The resort is private.
