Title: Tidal license salmon tag

I have a friend visiting from Scotland and a couple of weeks ago he purchased a 5 day tidal license with a salmon tag to go ocean fishing. Now he would like to fish for pinks in the river. If purchased another 5 day license would he also have to purchase another salmon tag or is the tag good until March 31 ?

That’s what I was thinking ? I always renew both annual licenses and tags the same day so have never had to even think about this.

Found the answer. Stamp is valid April 1 - March 31. “One stamp is applicable to multiple copies of any combination of 1 day, 3 day and 5 day licenses”
