This is a long shot because it's been so long:
Large hoop, Hawaiian wood, black mesh, short handle, attaches magnetically to net holder on wading jacket. Lost long ago.
Can't remember the brand, but it has a black logo etched into the wood at the top of the handle if I remember correctly.
