They used to eat dead flesh believing it brings strength of the one you ate onto you.

Rancid chum and an atlantic frankenfish at 1 sitting? You're a brave man.

I do not like even the freshest chum at all, but I would have eaten an entire fillet of the spawned out chum before I took even a lick of the farmed Atlantic.
I don't think most people have any idea of how poisonous farmed Atlantic salmon are.

Brings new meaning to the phrase "another slice of mouldy chum perhaps?"  ;D

Surprised there weren't more positive responses since this comparison was unique, at least in my experience. It was also well done despite some quibbles. Some weren't thrilled with the use of margarine. The fish aren't all the same and may need a different preparation approach. Some samples must have been previously frozen which alters the taste no matter how well done.  Still it  takes aim at some popular myths.
