Hey all, my buddy and i are heading up to alice lake on wednesday and i was just wondering what time of the day, which fly to use, are good at this time of the year... any info would be great thanks...

The lake is apparently being stocked this week, so you may want to time your visit with that. As for lures, if you go after the stocking, these are young trout, and like young children, are entertained by flashy objects (I realize that was a crap comparison, but you get the point :P ). Small spinners, and small flashy flies should do the trick, at least this is what I've found to be successful in the past shortly after te lake has been stocked.
