Does anybody knows,any summer run steelies at the capilano river???

with limited spawning ground, limitted stocks, and a no kill for cap steelhead... I would try not to target the steelies in the cap. 

I was out for some coho a week and a half ago and hooked a winter run...the fight wasnt worth it, it was a pretty fish but in retrospect I wish I hadnt of hooked it.  It was release with nothing more than a gentle gasp on the tail and a quick twist on the barbles hook (dindt even come outta the water) but still, it probably would have been much happier had I stopped my cast short when I spotted him.
