Title: Cap June 9

Fished the Cap for an hour yesterday after supper. Started in the lower section where I caught a couple a few nights earlier on roe bags. Water is low and clear (what else is new ?) Nothing showing or caught. The only thing that was biting was "no see ums" and smolts. There were a few guys around but all were getting skunked.
