Back on May 5th Sam Salmon questioned my integity in my efforts to remind everyone of our liberal government plan to adopt the British model (private lease hold) of fresh water fisheries managment. Well Sam taking you up on your challenge I found the buried goods, it was the honourable Minster Of Water, Lands, and Air Protection, Joyce Murray, who table the plan in the ledge in early 2003.
