lower Fraser May 13
« on: May 13, 2006, 05:23:37 PM »

Tried sturgeon fishing from shore near Richmond today for about 4hours and all I caught were bullheads, although I did see three sturgeon in the 2-4' range jump, and I also saw a huge seal surface with a 3-4 foot sturgeon in his mouth, the fish was thrashing about wildly but the seals grip was too good.  Only had one solid hit all day and it was after sitting for about three hours, so being  eager to catch my first of the season I grabbed the rod before it really had time to take and pulled up nothing.
