Trying something new
« on: March 22, 2006, 03:11:10 PM »

I had an idea running through my head, don't know where it came from. But i wanted to marinate a white meated fish (I picked up some cod for lack of bass on the last outing) in lime juice and teryaki sauce. I squeezed two limes into a bowl and mixed in some teryaki sauce. Took a few additions of more sauce before it tasted good but its in the fridge marinating now. I think im obsessed with limes now, after my trip to mexico. I put them on everything!!!
I'll let you know how it turns out tonite.

try combining butter, garlic, lime juice, and worcestershire in a saucepan. brown the butter slightly on med/low, finish with parsley and pour over your grilled white flesh fish.
