I put in at Kits about 08:00 and dropped the traps off the marina on my way to the fraser mouth. There must have been about 30-40 boats out there by the time we arrived at about 8:30 Anyhow put the flashers and the hoochies/kwikfish out on the down rigger but battled to get past 50FT ( Dear farther Christmas : I need a fish finder) and dodging the crab traps out there... Tangle after tangle and then eventually we got going at 50 FT for a few hours. In 5 hours we saw one fish come out. We pulled our lines up at about 3pm, and the sea was on its head around the point. Ran back and found the trap with  only two female crabs.   To put it in a nut shell Skunked..

However..

A bad days fishing beats a good days work...
