Area 29 adult chinook definition changed

Those who fish the tidal Fraser for chinook, please be aware:

This is to correct what was a bit of an oddity in that chinook were defined (Sept. 1 to Dec. 31) as 50 cm or more downstream of Mission, 62 cm or more upstream of Mission, then 50 cm or more in the Harrison.  Now they are all defined as over 62 cm from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31 which is also the size limit used in marine waters off the mouth.  The larger size limit is due to the larger body sizes of chinook returning to the Harrison streams.  The lower size limit is used earlier in the year as most of the chinook returning to Interior Fraser streams are smaller body sizes.
