steelhead licence

If I fish at the chehalis or vedder for coho at this time of year, do I need a steelhead licence as well?

No but make sure you are using tackle that is generally used for salmon.

You do not need a steelhead licence if you are specifically targeting salmon. However the problem here is that this is the end of the salmon season. A CO might think you are targeting steelhead. A grey area indeed.
