fish finder and rod holder setup

I just got a new fish cat float tube and what would be the easiest way to put a fish finder and rod holder on it.

I was also wondering if you could put a scotty anchor lock on the fish cat tube or if there was a better system to use.

I would like to get some info on what fish finders would suit my tube. i have a couple in mind but would like to know what other tubers think.
