Ok so me and a couple friends will be heading out to Chilliwack this weekend.
We have never fished the vedder river before so we thoght we'd give it a go.
My experiences in fishing are mostly lake fishing, and the things my dad has taught me over the years. However, being from England, things are a little different over here sometimes.
So my question is, what are the methods people use on the vedder? I have been looking things up online and came up with bottom bouncing? Fly fishing? Drift fishing with a float? and lures?
I have also been trying to ake sense of the regulations. we will probably be going somewhere around Peach road, or Lickman road (or in that general area). So right now you might get coho in there right? and a limit of 4 hatchery? and a limit of 4 pinks? (or 4 pacific salmon in total)
Is there a bait ban?
And is there anything else i should know? I hate not knowing the rules.
Thanks.
