Coho Fishing Over???????????
« on: December 17, 2007, 10:35:08 AM »

Is anyone finding any decent coho around the LML?  I didn't get out much this fall and am wanting to get out the next couple of weeks for steelies and hopefully some late coho.
Don't have a boat so I have to hoof it.

There's always coho around until the end of the year, although a large percentage will be dark fish.  Some of my best fishing is in December when I find myself on a run all by myself with fresh fish!  I have very fond memories of the Chehalis in years past.  Too bad this river changed so much.   Sounds like you have to do some hiking to find some decent water.  As for knowing what rivers to hit - well...please let me know!   ;D  jk!

Btw - watch out for chameleon fish.  These are silver/bright fish that turn dark when you bonk them... :P
