Thanks for the advice I’ll keep it in mind. I use 20lb. test line. Due to long working hours and getting ready to move to Merritt I had very little time to play with the new reel in the past few days.

These are all great tips, but the only thing that will give you a better and smoother cast without having to spend an hour untangling a birdsnest is lots of practice. By summer you should be a pro
