Belly-Boat Rental Set-Up

I'm heading up to Sun-Peaks for the long weekend. I am hoping to get my brother out on a smaller lake or two, I have a spare u-boat, but I need to find some waders and fins for him to use. Or just find a whole package to rent. Does anyone have some leads that I could follow -up on;  do any tackle stores even do this?
