Hey guys if your over 50 it would be wise to get an annual check for bowel & prostate cancer. It may give ya many more yrs. to fish your favourite  "fishing hole".  If ya wait till ya get a pain or dis-comfort than it may be too late to save your life.
Rates are high for both these cancers. I think a simple blood test is all that is needed.
