Olympic opening ceremonies-Wow!
« on: February 10, 2010, 11:42:10 PM »

Just returned home from the dress rehearsal of the opening ceremonies. I can't tell you what happened, but wow!  If you are going in person on Friday, you are in for an amazing event. The show is one of a kind and the atmosphere is electric. If you aren't going in person, I highly recommend that you be one of the 3.5 billion (est.) watching it on TV.  Go Canada!

Yes, it's pretty exciting having Vancouver on center stage. Looking forward to seeing it on tv tonight!

I have been working Security there, if you are going, make sure to be there at least 2 hours before (I would go 3-4 hours before)

It took us 2 hours to get 20,000 people in, and on Friday there will be 65,000 there!!!!!!!
