Curing Krill
« on: April 05, 2010, 09:20:51 PM »

So I did a search on this and found nothing except roe curing...Im guessing it's similar.
But I'm more curious if you guys prefer to use a brine method or dry cure method for prepping your krill?
thanks

For curing krill, we just sprinkle red procure into a small container that krill sit in. Put a lid on after sprinkling, shake it, let it sit for 30 minutes, drain any liquid afterward and it's ready.
