Ive tried a lot of different lines.....Ultra green is the most consistent imo...i like chameleon for its stiffness and abrasion resistance but find i get a lot of brittle batches, though if it wasnt for this it would be my favourite line.

P-line is alright, strong but i found it was too limp for my liking.

I tried the platypus 15lb classic line i won in the photo contest all steelhead season and it performed pretty well.

How is the ultra green for floating colorado blades?Does the line have alot of memory?

I have a Sufix line on my pin right now and it was on all season. I didnt notice a difference in hookup ratio but it was a very nice line for the most part however it seems to stick to itself until it gets wet  making the first few casts kind of screwy

What type of Suffix were you using?Was it a stiff or limp line? I looked at some suffix elite while checking out lines today...it says it has low memory.It sounds like a pretty high tech mono .Have you thrown any spinners with it?does it get alot of line twist or bird nests?

I think its Sufix Elite Camo or Sufix Seige Camo. its a mulitcoloured line that varies from clear through to purple/blue colours. It seems to vanish in the water pretty good though. It happened to be the only stuff Reaction had when i needed to respool. Think i will be having it stripped and Ultragreen put back on....or something else
