Do you have a boat, Float tube, Pontoon????

If so, try;

Lafarge lake
Mill Lake
Lake of the woods (Hope)
Silver Lake (Hope)

For flies Try;

Black/Red Micro Leechs
Spratleys
Carys
Pumpkinheads
Wooly Buggers

Float tubes can be purchased nowadays very inexpensively as can neoprene's. It really is desirable to be able to get out on the water away from the crowds and noise, especially if your fly casting.Your chances of getting into fish if you are mobile are much greater. Go see the boy's at Langley Army and Navy for excellent prices and selection and help. tight lines

Good casting docks at Alta Lake here in Whistler. With the new highway 99 up to Whistler its under two hours from Richmond. Big cutthroat/with rainbows and easy access.
 ** C & R  single barbless in this lake**  worth the trip and if you do come I'll meet you for a casting lesson/tips etc..
