Stave River, October 20th & 22nd 2010

i went out on wednesday with the kayak to get away from the gong show was fishing the main island across from the spot were the gong happens.nothing except chum then the  last cast of the day produced this little beauty

went today also with the kayak to the same spot and hooked a decent buck that was landed without it leaving the water and released. moved to a a different spot on the island and hooked and landed a nice chum doe with some really nice skeins.
