Yep...that's me!!!   ;)  Sometimes I think I should change the handle to FFM - then I could also be the float fishin magician too!  LOL.  Thanks to Stratocaster for helping me refine my skills with the Sage 2106 and calcutta 200b with the secret sauce roe...

I digress.  Pinks are excellent fly takers and a well presented fly will outproduce anything else...hands down!  The key is to present the fly - and yes, you can do this with a drift rod.  Heck, I've seen Stratocaster do very well with a spinning rod contraption with a fly on the end.   But that was because he was getting a bit tired of fly casting... ;D

Pinks have got to be the most fisherman friendly of all salmon anything pink will work i mean anything just weight it correctly and use a hook.
