Pan-Fried DOGFISH :)
« on: August 12, 2012, 02:12:37 PM »

Seriously though, if anybody wants to try something new for a change...
I had it a few years back, fried the "old fashioned" way with minced garlic, butter, salt and pepper. It was great!
Just make sure (if any of you wimps work up the courage) to clean and skin right away as they tend to urinate through their skin after caught and killed.

Also, I have heard before that some places in England strickly use Dogfish( called something different there I think) for their world famous Fish&Chips.

Open to all opinions nasty or not  :D :D :D

They called it that because sometimes, europeans name the fish that they eat salmon.

Could you make sharkfin soup from dogfish?
