Sure am loving these new Wiggle Legs. I just wish that the steelhead season would hurry up and get here  ;D

If anyone wants some of the Squidro flies I will tie them for $3.00each

Beautiful flies... well done. This is like therapy to see those pieces of art. This is what I do all winter long, tying flies and of course fish them once in a while. Interesting to see, that you tie them all on a stinger hook. What size hook are you using? Looks like a 2 to 4?

Size 2 gammy, i had more then a couple short taking fish this year while summer run fishing on the island. I found that some fish would hit the tails of my fly, I would feel the bite, get a couple head shakes and in some case see the fish in the tail outs shaking back and forth and my hook set didnt hold. I would bring the fly in and see part of my tail missing so I decided that it makes more sense to just use a trailing hook all the time. I use knot-able rio tippet wire, I believe its 30lbs. I have had more success with this style of hook; I also rig my tube flies the same way.
