Anyone notice the clarity of the lower Fraser lately?
Can you still get them chucking lures?

nucks  you gotta try this
no bones meat just slides of the skin
dog can still have the skin
they do need brineing a bit longer
because of the fat content
so what i do is all my fish get filletedwhen i get home
all the bellies go into the same bags
then i smoke all the bellies at once
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Water clarity was anywhere around 1-2 ft. on the Fraser yesterday.
This was around Langley area.

hair of the dog maybe not the belly
i smoke fish for a few friends of mine
the only trade in kind is i get the bellies
think of that forward fin as a kinda chicken wing
only now its a fish wing mmmmmmmmmmmm
dragons den here i come  ;D ;D ;D

X2 belly is the BEST part of the fish. I BBQ mine until crispy and look forward to that then the flesh itself. Skin goes to the dog
